Boss, A friend of mine has reported that he received a mail frm CIC that his app is returned due to cap full. He is NOC 1111 and 17 oct applicant. He received mail 2 days back. So i suggest you to call CIC and ask for the status of ur app.

Try calling cic. D inly optiin wid u i believe.

Did you checked d status via ur UCI? Also pls try calling cic n get updates on ur application.

Things are strange!!! 26 dec application. His DD is charged and also got his PER. Infact on the forum and in the SS last reported charge is of 18 or 19 DEC and last PER is of application dated around 20th november.
