Hi, If you have family application, ONLY you will have both RECEIVED and IN PROCESS statuses. Your family members will just have one status. Received line disappearance is for the primary applicant

And in addition, if something is wrong in the application, you might have received it by now ( as seen in the case of applicants whose applications were returned with in a month or the max one and half months) So, just wait and follow it up with CIC. Cheers.
