Yes, there were removal proceedings and paperwork was involved. As she was a dependant back then, she was not aware of her visa expiring and have all the relevant documents to substantiate that. Can this lead to our application being rejected? Thanks

I have a follow up question on this. While uploading the updated POF,does the amount need to be the same as it was while submitting the application at the time of AOR , or it can be different but above the threshold limit of $15, 772.

Thanks for your reply. I thought so too, but in the request letter they have mentioned that they need PCC of countries where she has stayed for more than 6 months since the age of 18.

Need your advise on something also. My wife stayed in UK from 2004 to 2009 and we are in the process of procuring PCC from UK. Unknowingly, she overstayed her visa for some time. Can this have an impact on our application?
