If your application is under process and you are onshore , then you might go under bridging visa.you can contact Canadian immigration and get enlightened.

It might take a little long since more and more applications are coming through and the cutoff score doesn't seem to dip. If you are lucky enough, you might get provincial nomination or also wait foe 3 to 4 months for the good news.
