Hello do people on open work permit applying under CEC in Express Entry need proof of funds?

Hello I have got a positive LMO and a signed contract and I will be flying to Canada and apply at a port of entry together with my wife and daughter. I want them to stay with me. Do I need to show a certificate of marriage in English or French or just in my language (Italian) ???
