Got it, thanks! But it makes sense this way that eligibility remains not started for a while then changes to in progress/completed towards the completion of the BGC too.. I'm sure you've seen this pattern lately.

Thanks! One more thing please.. It just occurred to me that I have answered "Yes" to 2 statutory questions, the previous visa refusal (not Canada) and if I was asked to leave a country (not Canada). Any idea if that would automatically trigger a "Review Required" hence a possible delay? And if...

I understand, it's very hard to speculate why some applications are processed faster than others, it's just the impatience that sometimes gets the best of us :)

Folks with similar AOR & same French draw had their eligibility completed around 2 weeks ago.. any idea what could be the reason of the delay on mine?
