my opinion is go for GCMS note after 10 days of 2nd line if u dont receive Medical request within 10 days of 2nd line just to know the update of the file. at this stage i think GCMS wont help u to understand the status of ur file. if ur 2nd line don't come by next 1 or 2 months then u can order...
