I received my GCMS notes today, the file was sent for medical reassessment in Oct 2020, hasn’t been touched since then, my last year’s GCMS and latest ones look exactly the same. So frustrating! File is pending approval due to to pending medicals. @legalfalcon please advise how I can proceed.

I am no expert here but from what I am reading in these forums, IRCC is not encouraging upfront remedicals and u need to have a new IME for the same. One of the members here had also mentioned that they had recently done upfront remeds and were contacted for medicals again by IRCC. I would wait...

Better to wait it out, there is no trend per se, they are randomly picking up applications.

My last GCMS notes were inconsistent, status of medical was expired, but was was shifted to NDVO for new medical activity. However, there was no date mentioned.

Last GCMS notes were from March 2021 where new medical activity was created, but the updated date was not specified, have ordered another last month, let’s see if PPR comes first or the notes..Lol

seems to be a genuine GU, I have none, I had received the previous glitchy one. Lot of Ottawa GUs today in other forums as well.

It's not like such a huge organization does not have a business continuity plan in place, they are withholding the decisions deliberately. There should be some transparency.
