Hey again, same comments in my GCMS notes from NDVO officer in oct 2020 as well as Nov 2021, and guess what instead of permanent resident applicant officer has wrongly captured as student/visitor/work permit applicant. I have raised webform for this error but no change even after a year. I have...

I received my GCMS notes today, the file was sent for medical reassessment in Oct 2020, hasn’t been touched since then, my last year’s GCMS and latest ones look exactly the same. So frustrating! File is pending approval due to to pending medicals. @legalfalcon please advise how I can proceed.

@legalfalcon and rest of forum, Requesting your guidance: I would like to include my spouse in the application, from non-accompanying to accompanying considering the pandemic and delays. Would this include recalculation of CRS? Can this cause further delays? Anyone with similar experience?

It's not like such a huge organization does not have a business continuity plan in place, they are withholding the decisions deliberately. There should be some transparency.
