    *** May 2020 AOR - Join here ***

mine's even weirder ;) After approval, my biometric data disappeared entirely from that white box with the numbers and expiration. All back to blank. But in the bullets it still has the date of biometrics submitted and the date of background check completed. Same happened on my BOWP page as...

    ***>>> March 2020 AOR <<<***

Sorry if this is a stupid/triggering question but I had the same thought as @nns14 - in the undoubtedly many webforms you've sent them asking for status, have you also told them that you're actually inland now? I mean it's ridiculous that their system doesn't have automation for this kind of...

that sucks, I don't know how they are so unpredictable in these decisions. But at least they picked it up and made some sort of decision, I have seen quite a few people have their expired meds just sitting there getting no attention at all.

It's probably some auto setting but it's kind of irrelevant for inland now. Before covid it mattered as a deadline to go to service Canada for landing or to flagpole. Now either via email, phone or the pr card portal they're landing automatically.

    COPR this week?

Correct interpretation yes :) I put it all in a post in the may AOR thread https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/may-2020-aor-join-here.686609/post-9285013

I don't think it takes them 129 days to print a card ;) it takes them 128 days to print all the other cards first ;)

validating your address/presence in canada is part of the inland landing process, this is progress! only being able to do it via webform is mighty annoying though, hopefully it follows a different track than the usual webforms that are taking 3-4 weeks to answer.

PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

from what I've seen in these forums about linking, it's a bit tricky. you have to be very careful with typing details in the linking fields exactly as they are in your COPR and it's case-sensitive so use capital letters where you see them.

Request for Schedule A / Background Declaration form

i thought that at first then was panicking all last week worrying that asking for that form meant they were gonna reopen a phase or something. They usually ask for it much earlier in the process, if at all. But was calmer after talking to the agent.

Request for Schedule A / Background Declaration form

It does seem like a very excessive way to answer the "still here" question that's for sure. I got the schedule A request last Saturday, submitted same day. Got an update with no email notification on Monday, it says they're reviewing it. Got another ghost update Thursday night so I called them...

Request for Schedule A / Background Declaration form

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/is-there-any-way-to-view-a-pr-application-after-submission.565144/ That thread has instructions for how to view your previously submitted application form contents. I got a schedule A request after all stages were passed...

Seems to be varying, some apps jumped to closure on the long open background checks. For me I already knew all stages were passed last week, and it was my file being moved to local VO for final decision.

it sure does feel so incredibly unfair. I'm really happy and relieved for people with later AORs and more complex cases and dependent scenarios etc getting some movement on their files. It feels good that at least some of us are getting processed. But it still is so hard when your own file is...

    >>>>>>>>>APRIL 2020 AoR Discussion<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

I thought the same when they said back in january that they were working on august applications. The next update was that may 10-may 16 one but it wasn't clear if they'd been working backwards from august to may in the meantime. but seeing as how they are now saying may17, i'm guessing they...
