tried calling but it wont let me talk to an agent the whole morning. attempted 10 times.

when i call IRCC it is directing to straight to agent rather than the automated message... anybody experiencing this?

honestly its by luck or persistence - This morning I tried calling and I got in right away. Some days I'd have to try for 10, 20 times. It varies. But keep trying and you will get thru. I dont have a specific time when to call as well. I just call when I am free within the IRCC hrs.

Tried calling IRCC number after 4pm and something has changed: From "we have requested a medical exam" blah blah to "you do not need additional documents". The medical part they kept mentioning in the prompt is now gone. So I am hoping and praying for a light at the end of the immigration...

To also add on to what @scylla said- not only you have to have 1 yr Canadian work experience but also it has to be in NOC 0, A or B

same. been here 7 years, i got another diploma after my bachelors.
