    If I get nomination for mpnp with my sponsor (my cousin) being outside of Winnipeg, but my spouse has a closer relative (a sibling) in Winnipeg, will it be an issue at express entry Level that we might be landing in Winnipeg because of the stronger relative, although that's not our plan.

    If If I create a new EE profile and include my spouse family connection in winnipeg, l might be eligible, but our supporter who is my cousin is in Winkler, can any connection to Winnipeg be an issue although the person is not our supporter cause we claimed points for outside winnipeg.
