He said your application IS approved.Well l suggest you wait like the agent has said relax and hold your breathe PPR mail is not far from you.

Call and mail them l believe your application may have been moved to the local visa office(not Ottawa l think).Where are you from

l was told 31st of August.Before it was at Ottawa.

I called CIC yesterday and was told my application has been moved to Accra,Ghana.Is there a whatsapp group.l did send a mail that same yesterday but it was past their closing time.

Send them a mail asking for update/status/.......etc and then see their response.

The wait is like forever l could not get through yesterday l may try today.Try sending them a mail meanwhile check your mail box especially your spam

There is a numebr you can call +16139444000 and listen and follow the instruction to enter 11170 but its a long wait call before you get through
