How did you manage to get through to an agent? I was trying whole day without any luck. Any pointers would help please. My case is wierd. I am in an inland CEC applicant , and I have been asked to go outside Canada to get biometrics done.

I have a similar issue. I am a CEC Inland applicant. I am an Indian national and I need a visa for all neighboring countries, so going to US is not an option. On the BIL letter it specifically states that I will have to Canada, but on the cic websites exceptions are quoted for in-canada...

I feel CELPIP is easier than IELTS in all but the speaking section . The only challenge is the speaking section where you have to speak into a mic, unlike IELTS where you have a conversation with a person.
