Sorry to hear that..they refund the RPRF and not the processing fee at this stage as far as I know and obviously there is some kind of refund being talked about here specific to your case, so content of the letter may help. Let us know if you can't figure it out/need any help.

I am an FSW3 preJune applicant - my NOC doesn't belong to the 38 / 29 NOC category and neither do I have a job offer(for now, at least! :) )

I had earlier said that my ECAS was in a permanent freeze for one and half years with "RBVO" even at the time I wrote the last post..but I checked it a while ago, and it has changed to IN PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Yeah this seems to have stuck forever - testing our patience big time! Also, I havent got the 2nd AOR even though its been more than 4 months since submitting my full docs. Should I sent in a case specific enquiry? Anyone knows the timelines please? Good luck to us all - God Bless!!
