is there any difference in issuing the ITA's for CEC and outside applications ? Or it's same for all

Hello members , For today's express entry draws I am beyond the cutoff . Cutoff score was 472 and I have 480. I still did not get ITA email. What should I do now ? It's been more than 12 Hours after the draw.
