    I have already gathered all my documents but i cant seem to pay the fee, the credit card is okay but it says Transaction Declined

    I'm seriously confused on what to do. I am currently in dubai and my naira card is expired, I only use online transfers with token. A friend here tried helping me, transaction was declined, she called the bank and the said everything was okay from their end. Now another friend is trying to help...
