I got it automatically. I did email them that I am waiting but idk if that helped. They sent it 10 hours later...after the email. So might just be a fluke. PS- Is yours premium lounge one or the standard one?

I have tried this twice since last night. (I filled webform and had received acknowledgment almost instantly). Still no payment link in sight! They just keep sending me another automated response with the consent form and courier form hyperlink etc. Wolf is sad :/ :(
