    Got my notes today. Basically there is no background field in the note. It’s security check and criminal check. I assume we didn’t get security check result yet so the status is IP instead of DM.

    Can you give us more details about your conversation to call centre. Like what’s your questions and how they answer that.

    Hard to call them, call centre is crap. Most agent won’t open your file if you within the standard time. I prefer to wait for my note and see what happens to my app.

    You can try to walk in? I am not sure, but I saw a guy walk in the office to claim refugee status while I waiting for interview. Bests.

    Not sure how to contact them, but it's most likely you need to call centre call centre, since your app processing time is within "standard processing time", they won't carefully check your app and give you a reasonable answer.
