yeah, sorry to hear that... give it three weeks.. my spouse re-applied as well, its his second application last May 1st cause they did not accept his POA the first time... you can try to touch base with them next week, just try to be patient with their wait time :)

So apparently my spouse got the same letter you got from Service Canada, saying theres missing docs on his online application thus they cant process his SIN. Maybe I missed some docs when I submitted his. We just submitted a new online application for him. Did you submit a new app?

Mine was 9783 and my spouse was 9878. Applied on April 9th. Hopefully I can get his soon...

Nice to know you were able to call them! I was trying calling them again for the 4th day now and been on hold for 2-3 hours, then no luck :D Thanks for the update and I hope we all get our new SIN :)

Hopefully they will respond to you soon... Can I ask if you are from Toronto area? I noticed they haven't responded yet to applicants from BC province (I'm from BC) only mostly from Toronto so far...

I filled up this form last week, didn't get any call back though...

I just keep on calling their toll free number, in an interval of 10 mins per call it keeps saying "we are currently experiencing longer wait times please call again... ", and finally on the 5th try I was able to enter the queue and I waited around 45 mins to be able to talk to an agent.

Well there you go.. lets all keep track here.

9818 and I applied April 9th around 4pm PST - I bet this is the last day for online application then they temporarily disabled it. I called Canada Toll-Free: 1-866-274-6627 took me several tries though before I entered the queue.
