I would say you are good ! I know people whose background has changed to or is “ application in progress..” is delayed .. but am no expert so don’t quote me haha .. but I really hope and pray we all get some good news soon !

Hope so :) .. but for people like us whose background says “app in progress..” it first needs to switch back to processing .. and then we can expect some good news !

Hi @rkukretti i have ditto same timeline and even mine is 18 sept cec inland and same visa offices .. I haven’t ordered gcms notes but ircc agent said all passed except criminality and security ( both not started ) Am not sure if you had also called an agent ..if u did, did they say exact same...

I guess u just have declare that your spouse is inland on WP ( information via web form) and just update his address details probably that should be good enough .. I don’t think u need to start all over

And you are saying the application needs to be done via Gc key ( assuming it’s the same place from where my company lawyer had filed for my WP extension ) and not via the new TRv portal which people nowadays talk about ?
