Just called CIC. They said BG is complete on Oct 15. Waiting for file to be APPROVED. He said you can expect within 2 to 4 weeks. Even i noticed files taking 18 months . Makes more sense. He said there is no QUOTA. Even he advised me to wait for BOWP until first week of DEC. May 27 applicant...
