congrats on getting your remedicals. You can take the forms to the doctor, show him/her your remedicals letter and ask him/her if they will be filling out the reassessment forms as well. If they don't have to fill it in, then you will be filling them out yourself.

It takes about 8 to 13 months for processing complete application. Totally depends on every application and luck if the applicant has a good visa officer looking at their applicant. Since you are a December applicant, you have a few more months to wait as NDVO is currently processing July...

They will verify your PCC and do an investigation into your past history for any criminal activity and such, I guess. Not 100% sure.

They will complete background and security checks, and also medicals if not done already.
