There was conversation in the September 2021 thread as well that some of them did not get updates for a long time. Looks like many of them got updates towards the end of Feb.

Looks like applications are not processed in first come first serve basis, or for some cases it takes them more time to check all the documents. I am not sure. I applied on 7th Nov online and still did not get AOR.

I tried registering using my UCI from visitor visa, but I could not. My spouse (the sponsor) was able to register. It just shows that the application was received on Nov 6th and some personal details, but no application number.
