I got the pre-arrival letter, background verification complete and eligibility complete on the same day. Timeline in my signature.

Before we got the AOR I was able to register on the PR tracker with the Sponsor's details. We got the AOR, SA to the sponsor's email, but the tracker was not updated. Medical was sent to the PA's email, but I was still not able to register on the tracker with PA details. You can see the timeline...

Finally today the information on the Sponsor's tracker account was updated with all the recent information like AOR and Sponsor Eligibility. After that update I tried registering the PA account and that worked. Thank you for the help.

Do we get an email for every stage? for example when the medical has passed. I am asking because my application is not being updated in any of the trackers. Sponsor's tracker shows last updated on Mar 7th where no details were updated. As a PA I cannot register. The application is not showing up...

Thank you. That's interesting. The tracker still shows Mar 7, 2022 as the last updated date. I just have to be more patient I guess. I can't link the application on CIC GC key account either.

How long is it normally taking for the status to update on the PR tracker? Also can the online application be linked to CIC account, and the updates are posted on ECAS?

I applied online on Nov 7th 2021, got the AOR today (Mar 25th 2022). Just wanted to let some people here waiting to know.
