Oh I see.....great....so you created ur WES account as per ur name on degree certificates and ur express entry profile as per your name in passport right? Is it ok if these two profiles carry names with different spellings?

Thanks hamgha...but when do you submit the letter of explanation meaning what stage?...also does this mean you created your WES profile as per the name on your degree certificate??? Did you have to submit a letter of explanation to WES or IRCC?
