I had the same problem. After few weeks of trying I tried registering using my phone browser and it worked! Give it a try and see if it works for you

Read the Discover Canada twice and do lots of practise test online you should be fine. Not much of dates I noticed. Hope that helps. :)

Thats your AOR. The next email you will get is about how you can track your application. Theres a link there in the email and what you need to register.

Pretty much the tracker is for peace of mind. LOL I was constantly checking everyday but no luck still. But my minors account still everything is in progress. BG is completed. So I would assumed my BG is complete too.
