The best way to find out is to order GCMS notes, involving the MP office doesnt help a bit imo. If i dont hear anything about my wifes application in the next couple of months im going to order GCMS notes rather than bugging my MP.

I also didnt provide one when filing the application. I was asked for Additional documents later but they still didnt ask for FRC so i believe its not a must document to attach, however its always better to provide one.
