@jd93 how many days do you have on you physical requirement , if you are cutting short the 1095 then it is possible the IRCC saw your CBSA exit and entry records and you didn't fulfil the physical requirement.

My ecas shows Decision made on the first page when I click it only shows one liner We received your application for a permanent resident card on April 27, 2021. Didn't receive AOR If I check my gc keys, it says it is still in progress.

These days fingerprint requests are handled by Vancouver, if you see the fingerprint letter you received it clearly says that your file at your local office and vancouver is just doing the fingerprint.
