First preference usually Express Entry, Refugee Application and then rest. Mostly which I noticed recently when was " file recieved ". Security checks takes longer time if stayed in multiple countries longer then 6 months. I don't think anyone can comment on officer verification time.

Thanks need SINP. Any guess how long does it take for PPR after Decision made by NDVO. Something I noticed GC KEY still shows "background check in progress". I believe its going to change after landing.

Completed Medical on 6th January 2016 and upated on Ecas 12th January 2016. New delhi visa office. I had to wait for 5months and 15days for Decision made.

Did you send any case specific enquiry to NDVO?Try to get GCMS notes as well

Even my application status remains same background check in process and med recieved on 12th jan . After that no updates on GCMS notes. Smiliar standard response, pending initial review. Absolutely, there is no time line to follow NDVO. Waiting for more then 5 months 7days still nothing.

Congratulations!! Atleast got decision made. Many are waiting for PPR.

Almost 5 months after medical passed [ jan 2016] and background check inprogress. This new updates states " need to submit additional document"?. No message about documents. seems like system glitch. Already send an email to NDVO. When can we expect decision made or PPR.
