I raised a CSE for updating my passport details. I received a mail stating that they had verified the info on the file and received by cpc ottawa. Guessing its a generic response.

Exactly the same situation. Infact, the last time i spoke to an agent she informed me that my timeline has been pushed to 18th September

thankfully the agent i spoke to was nice and said it would certainly get done before that.even June-July would be fine..but September is so far,far away :( :(

spoke to an IRCC agent who said background and eligibility checks are in process.all documents are in order...but my application timeline has been pushed to 18th SEPTEMBER !!!!! :O :O :O

Mention that u would like to know which visa office is processing ur PR application.. the space for all the details of your application are provided for in the web form.

The webform page that opens mentions they seem to be having issues

I raised a cse using the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp Didn’t receive any acknowledgement since there seems to be a problem. Will send both, old and new passports once I receive the PPR with a letter of explanation
