you can write a letter of explanation stating that you never travelled to US and enclose proof of your salary in your home country , offer letter and all pages from your passport to ensure you had never travelled. Also, review the details you filled in and amend details as required . all the best.

I am not sure about ecopr as I was an Outlander.. . We landed with immigrant visa and also had valid TRV.. As soon as we finished paper work with officer , we were told that all other temporary visas stand cancelled effectively. so ,I assume it is same when you respond to portal email.
