In fact, when you call customer care they bluntly say that visit their website for timelines. The only tell that your file is being processed or waiting for preliminary review. God knows what are they doing with us!

According to them, 12 months is average processing time for the preliminary stage. There are many applicants from 2013, 2014 and 2015 still waiting to get their CSQs. Waiting is the only option we have with us now. For me as well, my file is waiting for preliminary review since July 2017.

Hi Boblast, What does INLAND mean here? I am the primary applicant, with my SPOUSE and SON added while replying back during first intent to reject communication. I have shared all passport copies(updated with name changes etc.), marriage certificate, Son's birth certificate etc. Thanks.
