As per the CIC page : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp There are only around 950 candidates as of October 26 with CRS score above 458. But after the draw it says 2000. Does that mean that 1000+ candidates submitted thier profile after October 26 with score 458+?
