maitanong lang po... is it ok po b na ang bank certificate po na gagamitin ko e from the cooperative bank sa province? I have time deposit there which is pasok sa amount for settlement fund. will there be any problem na hindi ako gumamit ng bank na mga kilala like bdo, metrobank, Citibank...
