Yes, the approval was at 12 am on Jan 18th (yes, midnight!). Then by 10 am, I got notification that my shipment has been picked up.

Hmm, I don't see that now. I had submitted passport copies and digital photos at the time of submitting my application. I havent been asked to resubmit them digitally again.

If it is Ottawa, I don't think so. If it is to be submitted to a VO outside Canada, he/she could submit it personally to the local VFS office. My spouse personally submitted at Bangalore VFS and it was then sent to Delhi VO. No one can submit by hand directly at the VO. For US, I think NY and...

Update: I called again today and was told passports have been sent for visa printing. He could not give me an eta. In other news, I had messaged IRCC on their FB page asking about the Stevenage Dr address and they confirmed it was mailing room for PO box and many other addresses.

Yeah, I called today (after 6 attempts, I got on the queue!), the agent also told me too that he cannot find my passports on their system. He was unwilling to check with their shipping and receiving department. He only asked his 'team leader'! I think the Call Center guys don't see anything...

Fedex told me that its the mailroom for 365 Laurier Ave. Apparently this happens for lots of people. I freaked out over it, but I see a lot of posts where even we mail to the Laurier Ave address, the delivery is made at 2303 Stevenage Dr! Back to praying furiously!

hahaha... yep! :D BTW, passports were delivered to the 2303 Stevenage Dr address. So looks like it has not even made it to the officer's desk!
