Yups.. there are lot of people still waiting. I am in same boat as you and I found out from ATIP notes that my files is stuck in some internal reviews from some ministry to confirm I have not taken any social assistance from any govt organizations.

I am in the same boat. I called up CIC few minutes back, requesting I may have missed some communication that may have been sent to my mothers home address. She checked and confirmed that CIC has not sent any communication and initial assessment is under progress. So we can't help but just wait.
