for our case, we had to submit 2 months ago some police records and in the same time they asked us to pay the rp card fee. We are still waiting for the answer.... we provided a explaination letter with embassies proof to prove that it was not possible to provide these police records... hope...

I sent with the lawyer an explaination letter with the proofs of every embassy and consulates showing they cant provide this info to my wife. Now, wait and see what they say.... I hope its the last step, they asked us in the request to pay the rp card fee so finger crossed for the letter.
