It seems that the focus of NOC2141 is to design, develop systems and set up performance and maintenance standards, which is to say the person is supposed to build systems from blue print and provide guidance to performance and maintenance.

The working experience in CEC doesn't need to be continuous, the job offer you are talking about sounds like for LMIA which you can claim for extra 50 points.

I got my letter from one of my previous employers, while the letter contains no address just the manager's phone number and email. Can I attach my paystub with the company's address and email to make up for it?

Their letterhead is quite simple, just their logo and that's all. My manager's cellphone and his email are included in the bottom. I plan to attach my paystubs with the company's address and phone number on it. Does it make up for what's missing on my reference letter?
