I just called CIC again, and the call center representative said my file is almost done just like last time, only thing different is that they are doing a final verification before issue the PPR. Anybody know what is this final verification about?

According to myimmigrationtracker.com, in 2017, We PNP inland cases only count as 3% of the total cases among PNP in/outland, FSW in/outland and CEC. CEC counts as 30% of the total cases....and their cases got processed through late April, while we 3% still stuck with late Dec Cases....

OMG, I just realized that CEC stream start to process their late April cases......I know PNP inland is slow, but triple their processing time is just something beyond explanation......unbelievable......
