I recieved my AOR 2 days ago with MEDICALS. But i'm still confused about something... I have the SECTION A FORM 1MM 1017 BUT NOT the IMM 5419 form which will be with the DOCTORS.... But according to the e-mail, i should AT LEAST have the copies of the form right ??? How come i didn't get it...

I don't think you need police certificate because you haven't lived in Canada for more than 10 years...I could be WRONG...I have been here for 8 years and i DON'T think i need a POLICE CERTIFICATE from Canada but i do need from back home....
