Ya I think they notify you about file transfer later in the process if you are outside Canada applicant. Outside Canada applicants in here might be able to better assist you in that matter. Good Luck!!!!

I think it will be a while before everything is transferred. If I am not wrong , for outside canada applicants medical request is a very last step. If you get medical request that means you are almost done. Hang in there. BTW when was your application received?
