Mexico reply to my message today and say they still haven’t open my application but they receive it and they are working with essential Staff only the wait is a lot emotionally. At least we all understand the emotions and in the journey together.

I didn’t send any documents bec I was just making a inquiry about my process

Hey I send in a web form and after sending the form I got a confirmation that highlights if your message contains new information for your application eg. adding a newborn your file will be updated. So I am thinking you probably need to send in a web form to add that information

Hey I got approved for eligibility to sponsor my spouse, last year but it never update on my GCKey account. Is that normal or should I call them and inquire?
