As for the photographs, make sure you follow the guidelines as per given link in your email The two photos must: bear the date the photo was taken (not the date the photo was printed) directly on the back of one print (stick-on labels are not acceptable).

No pap smear needed. Only urine.. Check with another doc and see if it helps. You can cancel appointment with current doc.

I faced the same issue once while entering through Toronto.. Did the immigration officer scan your p/p? In that case, no worries. Else, preserve boarding passes .. also I read somewhere that you can keep some ATM receipts as well.. for me, never faced any issues.. I travelled in/out later 2...
