Yes same here I got my report and his report is still in review. In my case our University, Education, Document delivery date and all were same. It is normal and it totally depends on WES.

You have to get 2 PCC, One from Singapore government and One from Indian government. So, it donen't matter from where you ger 2nd one. Indian embassy or from Ahmedabad India. More information you can find here...

If you are in Singapore just fo to the Indian embassy over there and apply for it.

I agree with him. I mean if you see my timeline and my husband's then everything was similar till one point and then I got mine and his still under review. Even our document was same from same university and there was only 1 MS transcript without BTECH. I called them and that guy told me it all...

That's good in my case it took 10 days after this status but my status changed so early. But you will get it by Wednesday just because of weekend.
