Tax Declaration will do....yun makikita yun value ng property and under your name...meaning kasi existing tlga ang property.....you can also have it appraised kung may kakilala ka para mura lang ang fee..pero i agree mahal nga kaya hindi na kami nag pa appraise....good thing..andito sa pinas yun...

We have the same situation before when i was gathering the needed documents...filling up the forms....im calling friends, my sponsors(thru email) and all means ....pls arrange your certified copies chronologically per the list of requirements then put an extra page to seperate them e.g. school...

oo daw dapat sa first AOR.....pero no one knows di ba...swerte natin kung wala ng hihingiin pa....yun kaibigan ko na may common sponsor kami nauna sya ng 2 months sa akin ,,wala pa naman na rereceive na letter requesting for addtl docs.......keep me posted.....

Nasa letter nga na 3 to 6 months ang normal na processing BUT kapag under general stream or may additional documents needed nakalagay di ba na more than 6 months ang processing......yun 1 year kasi based sa sinabi at experience ng friend ko na nasa manitoba.....

Dumating na yun copy namin....and saw our file no...... yun na ba ang AOR na sinasabi? one page lang sya ....nakalagay is for assessment yun papel namin....wala naman hiningi na additional docs...or kasunod yun dumarating? kayo ba magkasabay na dumating yun additional docs letter ninyo? pls...
