I am wondering does waiting for eCOPR mean the application has already been approved. If there is any change to my circumstance will this affect my application. I mean mostly changes to employment, not like getting married etc.

I feel you but looks like everyone is experiencing delays now so I don't think this is related. :) but I certainly understand your concern and hopefully we will receive eCOPR soon!

When waiting for eCOPR. If anything changes about my employment (lose job), will that affect my application? I am PNP with nomination not tied to employer. PNP is expiring by the end of this year. On my application tracker it shows the COPR expiry date is in January.

It looks like the process suddenly got slowed down. It used to take a few days only.
