The way I see it, if you are an international student with a prior degree( eg bachelors) and some work experience from your home country, you can apply under federal skill. After a year of pgwp, you can apply under cec. It's suppose to the a faster system. So hopefully, before the three years...

Hi Zammy123, Congrats!!!! ;D. You can call the registrars office to find out when your LOA was mailed. FGS will likely send you an email.

I just called the admissions office and the said my letter went out yesterday. try to call them.

I think every program is a bit different. In the recommendation letter you are told that the final decision rests on the FGS. But surely you will get this. Check online regularly, you might be asked to pay a deposit.
