this will be a gamble for doing medical without request as not sure how long cic will continue with the delays in PR application under process like us. For me remaining time for processing is also less then 6 months now.

very difficult to say what will happened for the expired PCC.

no medical request so far... i m in my 14 months and waiting for MR as well....

1- As per website,,Some steps you may not be able to complete right now include........ so all those applicants who are waiting for MR will not get any request. 2-Not Processing = on-hold.

As per CIC website, Police Clearance reports request/ medical request are now on hold until further notice!!!

I have also received the pre-arrival on early March-2020 but still no medical request, may be by this week.

Totally agree with your comments and conclusion as of now. its a huge mistake causing waste of time and energy applying & waiting for Quebec reply

Hi, is this the first time u need to submit Police Clearance?? Hi, did you submit Police certificate earlier ? Your application is moving in the right direction, just provide all the required documents and let them process with some gud news soon.

Looks like you are also facing the same issue like others as from June 2019 they were not issuing any AOR after receiving the application package. alternatively raise a query via web form and they will further advise you the details. One of my friend have the same timeline as yours and he also...
