My application was transferred to another visa office when my eligibility rolled over. I emailed and raised webform. Eventually after a month it was approved.

Non-SDS applied from US. Later moved to India and file was restarted as a fresh application in New Delhi.

No. No communication from IRCC. Looking at the Gcms notes, it appears they were done with my application quite some time ago and there hasn't been any movement since. Or maybe I'm interpreting the notes wrong.
