Not sure about your 10yr visa...i believe you wont be able to use it once your copr is stamped. But you can enter canada by road from usa...using just your copr...as long as its stamped.

You will have to show evidence of living together...utility bills...joint house ownership/rental contract...pictures etc. You will also need your marriage annulment certificate...as there are no divorces in Philipines.
